• Bets are accepted subject to available liquidity and market limits as displayed at the time of placement.

• If an event is abandoned or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned — subject to market-specific rules.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the 92pak platform without prior written permission.
• Game software and content are owned by the respective game studios and licensed to 92pak for use on this platform.
• The 92pak brand name, logo, and associated marks may not be used without express written consent.

92pak's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
